First printed in 1964, the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition is one of the highest selling issues of any magazine, featuring beautiful women, the latest swim fashion and scenery that makes us dream of vacations around the world. Introduced as a way to get readers interested during the break between major sports seasons it has become a force on it’s own. Millions of dollars a year are spent on the issue and it’s related merchandise. Becoming a sign of spring itself, the yearly edition definitely is a fine example of the art of sexy. This year the gorgeous Marisa Miller was chosen for the honor of gracing the cover of the SI swimsuit edition.
